Im going to the beach in a week and want to tone?
Actually its exactly 10 days before i go to the beach. I want to tone my stomach being that i had a baby 9 months ago, and my hips, and thighs. Im 115lbs could stand to lose maybe 5 lbs of fat. Easy exersices no exercising equipment required.
cruches are always good for abs. Sometimes I hold my abs tight while I’m at work just sitting at my desk or driving in the car. This can tighten them very quickly. Also walking everyday will tone you down. only 10 Days? sounds like you should have stared sooner to reach the resutls you want.
